"Angels Fall First: Planetstorm is an objective-based assault game fought both in space and on the ground. Featuring totally original art and completely new game types, we take you from flying gigantic capital ships, piloting fighters, and manning turrets to the traditional vehicular and infantry combat, both planet-side and inside the starships themselves. At your command are more than two dozen ships and vehicles, including all original weaponry, 3 maps with full bot support, two custom characters, with more on the way. This is a total conversion mod in the fullest sense of the word. Welcome to Planetstorm."

AFF@Moddb

So, let's start with guns, the staple of modern 3D artist's portfolio, if you don't have guns in your PF you suck right?

Modeled and mostly designed by me(we have huge debates over everything :P ). Railgun is completely my work except tex. All three are for the same faction, hence the color scheme.

Textures by Oblivion and Ikarus.

There's a certain kind of a pipeline in AFF, most of our stuff is made by a bunch of people :P We've had vehicles that have been through at least ten people in the process...

Great job to all those who contributed to these weapons :).

Couple questions...

What kind of project were these weapons created for?

What were they created in?

Again great job!

gonna edit the main post for this. These are for Angels Fall First : Planetstorm, a mod for Unreal Tournament 3

I use 3D Studio Max 2009, texturemakers made the textures in Photoshop as far as I know.

It seems like a nice piece.

Although, here's a piece of advice. If you want to get some decent feedback, always post wires for your low poly, texture sheets and never post your render against a black background, or even white, or course. Use a dark grey at best!

Cheers

Never meant this as a feedback piece, these are finished renders ,models are already ingame.

Check my portfolio, most of the time I try to show as much of the process as I can, on a gray bg :)
